In October of 2022, the Colon Community Schools Board of Education met to discuss the development of a 5-year Strategic Plan to encompass a variety of district goals and priorities. Previous strategic plans, financial and achievement data as well as other available input were considered. At this time, the board pursued a plan that would encompass the following 4 areas: Facilities, Student Learning, Achievement & Outcomes, Human Resources, High-Quality Team & Capacity, and also Financial Resources & Outcomes.
