Thank you, Magi Nation! ❤️

We are incredibly grateful for the continued support of our district, our staff, and—most importantly—our students. Your vote to renew the sinking fund reflects a strong commitment to maintaining and improving our schools for years to come.
We want our community to know that we remain fully committed to transparency and accountability in how these funds are used. Every dollar matters, and it is important to us that you can clearly see where your tax dollars are going and what they are being spent on.
Our Sinking Fund at Work page on the district website will continue to be updated regularly and will include a detailed list of all purchases made using sinking fund dollars.
Thank you again for your trust and continued support of Colon Community Schools. Together, we are investing in the future of Magi Nation.

Our elementary students had an exciting and creative Earth Day during STEM class! They designed and created their own unique animals, then brought them to life by painting rocks.

Afterward, students explored the concept of habitats—thinking carefully about where their rock animal would live and why. They “set them free” by placing each creation in a habitat that best suited their animal, showing off their creativity and understanding of how living things survive in different environments.

To celebrate Earth Day even further, students also took time to care for our planet by walking around the school grounds to pick up trash and help keep our environment clean. ♻️

We’re so proud of their creativity, teamwork, and commitment to taking care of the Earth! Thanks Mr. Stoll and Mrs. Foster for organizing such a fun lesson!
